I just wanted to thank you for excellent service that you provided to Carol on Saturday.  When I purchased the 2 custom earplugs earlier from you, I praised to Carol the great service that was provided by both you and your staff members.

When I showed her your website and she saw that you did custom plugs for Ipod earphones, she asked me if these were worth it.  You know what my answer was.

She spoke Bob Luna at the November 2007 show in Orange County and she was impressed enough that she wanted a set.  Unfortunately, I had already spent a lot of cash that day and she did not have the earplugs with her.

When we got home on Saturday, she practiced inserting/removing the plugs and she has no problems with them now.  She says once they warm up, she can't even feel them anymore.

As far as custom earplugs go, there are no other brands except for earplugs4u.
